Doing for 7 daysbrDay 1: didnt do the last 3 workouts and stopped a couple workouts a few seconds early but overall feel the burnbrDay 2: didnt do the last like 5 workouts but burning up like usualbrDay 3: didnt do 3 workouts and seeing very very slight results in my hips, or maybe im imagining it but still feeling the burnbrDay 4: didnt do 2 workouts seeing very slight results a little bit more but at the same time might be imaginingbrDay 5: didnt do last 3 workouts burning up seeing slight results this time i think its frbrDay 6: didnt do the last 3 workouts as usual but now that i think about it i havent really seen any change in my hips, all in my head igbrDay 7: did without the video so missed a couple felt alot of burning on my left hip so i guess its workingbrI see some results my hip dips are not as pronounced as before and i feel like doing for another week could give nice curvy hipsbrDay 8: Knees are sore from the day before and had to take constant breaks and didnt do last 3 workouts as usualbrDay 9: did without the video so I didnt do like 4 workoutsbrDay 10: took a day offbrDay 11: did pretty good today even though i couldnt catch my breath, and didnt do last 3 workouts like usualbrDay 12: started doing another one of her workouts before this one so was dying of heat and couldnt breath and did the first workout last because of how many donkey kicks in the previous workoutbrDay 13: took many breaks, didnt do last 3 workouts as usualbrDay 14: took many breaks and was dying of heat, didnt do last 3 workouts as usualbrI see pretty nice results, my hip dips are less prominent and my butt looks nice, so ill probably do this workout 2-3 times a week Comment from : Abbiexluv |
