I felt so unmotivated to do any workouts lately, even tho i had months of summer holidays! I just couldn't find any energy in me to be active( once again, it's chloe, who pulled me out of that state! okay I've already started this workout like 3 days ago (today was day 3) and so I can help others n stuff I'll update it all here! I'm doing the whole hourglass programmebrbrSide note, before starting this, I was already doing her abs workout so yea I'm not doing any significant changes in my diet too, just taking more protein and restraining myself from junk food a little bitbrMy waist is around 242 inchesbrMy hips are 341 inchesbrmy belly area is 275 inchesbrI measured around dinner time so normally it's like 238, 341, 25/255 inchesbrDay 1 ✅brDay 2 ✅ a little difficult so I skipped some of the last exercisesbrDay 3 ✅brDay 4 ✅brDay 5 ✅brDay 6 and 7 are rest days so yh brbrlike so I remember to update lol Comment from : Sai Gupta |
