Hy thanks for those advices So I change my 80 max depending on each series for example my max is 7 so I should only do 5 each series so as time goes by I will get a bit tired so my 80 will be my 100 with the series so I should do another 80 in the next series to finish 15 series right? I started training pull ups 3 years ago and i simply learned to do 30 by just doing at least one max set per day 2 months before i reached 30 i was at 27 and i did during that time 3 Max Sets everyday but i guess this is a more effective and quicker way to do it so i will try it out since i took a break and now struggling to get back to 30 Comment from : Maxim Soprun |

Excellent training But I dunno how somebody can do 10 sets with 80 reps of his Maximum in each set?brbrMy max is 16-18 pull-ups So i can do 13 reps, rest 3 mins and My next set will be 13 reps till failure In 3rd set I can do only 10-11 reps and failure And so long What I do wrong? Ι can't see how the last day is possible I can do 17 pull ups clean form 80 is 136 so lets take the lower limit 13 If a do 13 and rest for 2-3 minutes i can do 13 the second time maybe the third time too with a bit of leg drive But there is no way to do 4th set with 2-3 minutes rest let alone 15 sets There is something wrong with that math Either you dont do 80 and you do less to reach so many sets or you ll need major rest time, especially at the last sets, i guess more that 30 minutes to hit your 80 on the 15th set Or you just mean go to failure after that because after 4th set there is no way for me to hit 13 if i keep the suggested rest Comment from : deminio xst |
