I am 12 and can do 10 pull-ups, which btw isn't my max In my opinion, the trick to being able to do more reps, is consistency, form, and most importantly experience The amount of reps is not fully based on strength

0 pull-ups, can't do eccentrics (slow negative) I managed 1 rep, being generous, the second one was too fast to count and by the fourth i was just falling back down and the inverted row doesn't work the same muscles, but i guess it's my only option :(
