I like running more as I feel for me it's more reasonable to one day be able to run a sub 4 min mile than get top 10 in the strongest man/woman category I'm not very strong when it comes to lifting, but running is something I can actually do without too much struggle or without having a super strict diet either

i used to be a 100 kilo sack of patatoes at the age of 14 when I started losin weight I was going straight for 30 min jogging no walks just joggin if you are motivated enough u can run hours I lost half of my bodyweight in 1 year(with calorie deficit too ofc) and went from obese to underweight
