I found out my body type is endomorph a couple of weeks ago It explained lots of questions I had on why I didn’t lose fat like others do After watching your video, it explained to me why I always was strong even if I am not fit, and why my shoulders and shoulder blades were widening so fast after a few trips to the gym and was building muscle faster instead of losing weight Since I literally hate the gym, I started to work out at home a few days ago and instinctively am doing exercises that use my body weight I didn’t know that it was the best choice I ever made for my body until now Thank you so much for your informative video It answered all my questions Keep up the great work

This is all super true and great for people to know, like many I can build muscle super easily and am naturally strong But I can't shed the fat anymore, just gain muscle and expand I'm the hulk And it's really annoying!

I’m an endomorph who has been doing heavy lifting for 10 years If I could just figure out how to cut fat I would be jacked out of my mind, but I just can never lose fat It truly is one of the toughest things for us!

Example of combo training of my Own:br1) perform horse stance("ma-bu"), to train legs(very demanding) and from that legs stance, perform axe blows with a heavy double hand stick, from 25 to 50 blows with Full strength for each side It's amazing the clarity of mind i have afterwards! (Repeat several times)

I'm rarely hungry I don't know what that's about 🤔🤔 did this explain why? @00:47brEndomorphs hunger hormone isn't triggered as often??? brI've lost 100lbs (in2021) and feel great but found my hunger disappeared towards the end of my journey still hasn't returned I can't make sense of it I can go hours and days without eating I have to make myself eat for nutrients and metabolism health 🤷🏾‍♀️

I am on Omad I lost from 226 to 177 I still have a belly lol so I started the dipasquale anabolic diet to burn the fatbrMy work out routine is 15 mile run 7 grade every other day trying to reduce my sprint times currently 160 meter 19 seconds

These are great exercises that I do Endomorph is the only body type I fit in to when filling out an screening app but I am small boned 5’ 8” & 133 but post menopause made my belly fuller and it sucks My trainer says I have an athletic build but it doesn’t feel athletic anymore Hahha

Finally! This is exactly what I need, I'm an overweight endomorph but I just don't have the courage to use weights like that in the gym I've tried going to my gym at different times morning/evening but its still too busy For now I'll have to do isolated weights until my confidence grows

How am i not losing weight? I even gain weight I do powerlifting i train my stamina between lifting days and i go to bjj and wrestling 2 or 3 times a day I eat about 2k to 2500 calories and i just cant lose my weight What am i doing wrong?
