Unless your thermal problem is so bad that you’re thermal throttling, which wasn’t happening in this video, you won’t notice any major performance issues Also, never use canned air on fans like was shown in the video Computer fans generate electricity when manually spun like any DC motor that uses magnets does Overspinning plugged in pc fans with cans of compressed air can blow fan controllers and power delivery and either ruin the fan, component it’s attached to, or both It’s also just not great on the bearings Hold your fans when you use canned air
