Thanks for the vid I've been getting a few clicks and clunks in the lower back (not painful) while doing pull-ups and I think it's because I'm arching my back and not tucking my tail bone

My legs are stationary but they naturally go way forward on pull ups idk if this is cheating though

Personally I find doing pull-ups with our knees bended is more stable Prevents from swinging to & fro
