It's not just young people, my mum 73yrs, had stress, went to her doctor & they gave her an inhaler & CT scan for her breathing & disregarding her stress & actually added to her stress My mam started going crackers for the 1st time in her lifebrSeemed to have a breakdown so was took to hospital & was diagnosed with water infection & delerium, after 11 days my mam was discharged by a kidney Doctor, was ment to be seen by the psychiatric doctor before discharged but they didn't come that day, my mam was discharged back to our family and wasn't right, started with psycotic episodes, seizures & we were not coping, brI tried PLT ( psychiatric liason team) no helpbrCrisis team, again no help!! , brHospital medical ward she came from, again didn't want to know!!!, brHer GP, he referred her to a memory team but would be 2 weeks before seen, she had no follow up call from the hospital, no help at all, no care package in place & 5 days after being discharged she wrote a suicide note & swallowed a corrosive substance which put her in intensive care at hospital brMy mum died 7 days later & I'm heartbroken, 2 months ago my mum seemed fine, no mental health & she was able bodied to go shopping, watch kids & clean her home, now she's had her Cremation I need all the answers on why she was discharged without an assessment,brPLT, Crisis team, ward, Dr's all passed the book, no home care package, nothing!!!brI'm grieving now, it's been 2 months since my mum went into the Gp's with stress & from there on its been totally medical negligence & funeral was 4 days ago

I'm recovering from Brief Psychosis after my mother died I was emotionally fried 🔥 by a Pakistani guy and I was consuming alot of energy drinks

I had a marijuana-induced psychosis when I was 18 I stopped smoking cold turkey after that, haven’t smoke since I’m 23 now, still terrified of developing the disorder

My son is 16 and he just started experiencing strange outburst of anger and he thinks someone is coming for him,he hears his school teacher and classmates talking negative things in his head ,when it becomes too intense he cuff the door and dashes everything off the tablei get so scared and dont know what to do
