This is amazing, I've just done it, although I had to take 30 seconds break about 4 times in between Normally I do about 60/80 normal push ups a day and sometimes 100, but I'm going to start doing these ones for sure The archer push ups were the heaviest ones for me but I just kept going, I just need to get better on the technic, it's hard but not impossible Thanks very much Chris!
