I don't think modern rye bread much differs from modern wheat one in harmfulness to our body - because it's still the same 55 of sugar (carbs) in it to our blood - what leads to insulin spike which prevents us from consuming/burning our own fat and all those inflamative reactions

But it‘s true that eating healthy and I mean REALLY healthy (no sugar, alcohol, coffee) is making a big diffrence I tryed it out and eat most of the time veggie for 3 Months And although I didn‘t lost much of weight, I had a flat belly and shiny skin I lost probably 3kg but when I looked in the mirror I looked like I lost 7 kg or more🤌🏼 I keep up with this Lifestyle because of my acne and bloatings And I would definitly recommend to try this out It‘s all just a thing of your mind🫶🏻
