Is it good to train the strength endurance? Because when you train with bodyweight and you can do so many push-ups you must find harter variations

100 push ups ain't much 2 sets of 50 strict ones In no time 2 times a week every time 300 to 350 push up variants 2times a week 2800 reps a month and 1000 pull up variants a month This is workout

I couldn't encourage myself to do it to failure However I have a routines to follow Like 14 descending reps or Descending 10 reps to 9 Ascending reps

I'm proud of myself when i start with push ups, i make 18 push ups in a row i do every day pushups and every sunday i had a pause, after one month, i could do 50 push ups in a row Now i always make 100 push ups in under half hour (because of care of kids) Now i think it's time to try to reach 200 push ups per day with saturday and sunday pause More i watching this challange, more i think it's time to make some program what exercise i should do every single day for one hour But let me tell you something, guys since i training, i feel much better and i'm not tired that hard anyomre

Guys I'm from India 100s of push ups worked well for mebrWeek 1 everyday: 100 push ups in 10 minsbrWeek 2 everyday: 150 push ups in 15 minsbrWeek 3: 200 in 20 minsbrWeek 4: 250 in 25 minsbrWeek 5: 300 in 30 minsbrWeek 6: 350 in 35 minsbrMissed my workout on Day 7 of Week 6brWeek 7: 450 in 45 minsbrWeek 8: 500 in 50 minsbrWeek 9: Day 1&2: 600 in 60mins, Day 3: 800 in 80 mins, Day 4: Rest and Day 5: 1000 push ups in 100 minsbrthat's a total of 18,100 push upsbrIt's all possible guys

It made me have a hunch back I didn’t really notice until I saw myself on my arlo cam I work construction, I’m 40 I’m in pretty good shape But job site was 60 miles away, one way so I would do push ups at work can I would get hone till late I can do 40, 50 at a time After a month I’m guessing I lost my muscle in my back and all my muscle was in my chest( which didn’t get any more appealing or stronger) Just my 2 cents , unless your in terrible shape I don’t see and benefit

I’ve been doing 100ish push ups a day for about 5 days now I can do 40 at one time so it has been pretty easy but I also switch between push up types it’s purely supplemental to my workout routine kinda having like a pull up bar in your hall way that you use every time you walk under it

I can do about 15 push ups in each set so I’ve been doing 100 push ups 200 sit ups and dumbbell squats each day plus dieting and working out I am gonna use a weighed blanket to make the push-ups harder once The 100 become easier but so far with 1 week and a half I’ve lost 17 pound so I guess we’ll see

i smoke 10 cigarettes a day I know smoking is a bad habit and i knew i had to try to quit But as you can guess you cant just quit it in a single day So i turned it into a win-win game I had to do 20 squats and 30 diamond push ups for every cigarette i smoked that makes 300 diamond push ups and 200 squats every, single, day It is a win-win game! If i dont feel like doing pushups or squats, i just cant smoke and it decreased my average smoking for a day If i really want to smoke, i have to do them i have been doing it for months now and it feels great I still didnt quit smoking tho
