Could be down to a weaker seed need to do the same test from clones from the same plant on the same level of branches , not all seeds are equal from my experience of growing But they are both good plants

Led cultivar be packing more than just one donkey dick just gos to show how the world's evolving! led are so much better if you have a small micro grow tooi remember when i used to use hps anything above a 600 watt hps could sometimes be a pain in the backside trying to extract the heat out of the grow area even with cool tubes and vented hoods could sometimes end up with heat issueskeep the vids coming mangreat stuff i love the side by side videosreally shows you how things work

I would rather smoke led grown weed how ever I believe there is more work to be done on bringing 2000 kelven to leds I have grown 20 years with hps and 7 years with led Many led manufacturers are getting there If you just do led in your experiment you would get less as heat and vpd come into play with led which is coming from your hps side I believe 250 watts of hps to 600 watts of led and your onto a amazing result better than you have there

They were different watts do a grow with 2000 watts each one if the hps was 2000watts and the led was 1500 it would not have a chance

The old-timer growers here are FULL OF IT! HPS can no longer hold a candle to LEDPERIOD! HPS's day has come and goneand the FACTS about LED PAR (photosynthetically-active radiation) prove this A 1000-watt HPS only gives between 10-15 of it's light as usable bandwidth for plantsand misses a LOT of the full spectrum of the sunwhile the NEW WHITE LEDs give off virtually 100 usable light for plant growth and have a sun-like FULL SPECTRUM After switching from HPS myself it only took me 3 DAYS to realize that I'd NEVER ever return to HPS! Oh, depends entirely on the LED light and how efficient it is But I'd figure the LED light of that quality to double the PAR of the HPSbrbrHow about u give us a PAR report on those, there's an app for that nowbrbrSome LED lights will have insane PAR/lumens per watt, others are on par with HID The driver (LED "ballast" equivalent) is very important as well The spectrum thing is slightly less important than most ppl think, overall light energy matters more than spectrum Tho spectrum does influence the shape of the plantbrbrGreen light also way more important than once thought Penetrates deep into leaves, grows stronger stems n thicker leaves Green is 70 efficient, compared to Blue at 80 efficient (used by plant, not diode efficiency) Only 10 of green light is reflected Many using full spectrum LEDs now, so it's not even the spectrum It's just the raw light energy per watt that high end LEDs put out, especially paired with a great driver
