Yep, perfect tips I did this and over time, I was able to do both pull ups and chin ups without much difficultybrbrOther tip is to do Australian pull ups And also, if possible, use a neutral grip on the pull up bar This is slightly easier but allows good progression The other tip I can give is if you don't have resistance bands, or don't want to use it, try a bench or box to assist you with progression Comment from : Rishi Chauhan |
