I have what seems to be a covert narcissistic new neighbor who tries to befriend everyone His dog is always off leash and keeps attacking my dog I asked him a few times nicely to get a leash, and he insisted he can control her, which clearly not Last time, she attacked, he tried to catch her, but he fell to the ground and i was stuck with both dogs inside the building and hurt my hand When he returned to get his dog, i took my dog and checked him for wounds on his neck, and looked at my hand, and muttered what the F, that is enough He took the opportunity to lecture me about not using this language, told me i have no manners, and insisted that was an insult to him rather than acknowledging it is an expression of pain and stress He is best friends with the building guard and all security people on my street When I complained to the landlord, she took the opportunity to kick me out cos I am under old rent law and he is paying new rent It feels like there is a gang gossipping and harassing me in my neighbourhood Got a lawyer, of course, but it is so stressful I have been here 46 years These people have been here for only one year In Egypt, laws are complex, and a woman by herself is easy target cos they use slander and false accusations Their resentment runs deep Comment from : WolfeSound

I was soo excited to meet my new Nxt dr neighbour 1st time I met him he knocked on my door around dinner time on a Friday after a long week He introduced himself and quickly got into the reason he was at my door He asked straight out Are you the owner or are you renting? I was very put off since it's none of his business I asked why? My Narcissistic Women Neighbour (Opposite to our house)brbr1 Scolds every time i go out, loud enough so that i know they are scolding (tone and purposely reduced voice), at the same time not loud enough so that i will not be able to confront them legally br2 Have put same exact flooring tiles, it could have been honestly a coincidences but trust me, they have 3 different tiles just like our tiles in front yard, terrace, parking space br3 Speaks to all the visitors of our house and befriend them and smear campaign about us to other neighbours just to make us feel isolatedbr4 Every time a female member of our house goes out, she brings a male member of her family come out and stare at us without blinking and vice versa, so that we feel uncomfortablebr5 Every time my mother goes out to the front yard, she comes out and acts as if she is trying to shoo away an animal thats not even there br6 She Sits all the time in her front yard (except for cooking and toiletry times i presume) have made her sitting area heightened enough to an extent to see above our front yard gate and stare inside our housebr7 Leaves water before our gate close to our side of the street in auspicious days, when confronted says Its road, why do you care br8 Making her son bring his friends (all at their early 20s) and stand in front of our house (their side of the street) and talk loudly br9 If i wear a good dress on a occasion and starting to go out, she makes huge noises sitting in her front yard by moving things here and there (obviously looking in a way, wouldn't be happening if i wasn't there) br10 As we can't go and sit in the front yard, as she sits in her front yard with her monkeys and stare at us, we try to go to the terrace to get some fresh air, after seeing that she has put a focus light (powerful light which cant be looked straight) in her terrace projected directly towards our terrace so that when we sit we feel uncomfortable br11 If you try to avoid eye contact (which i always do), she call you by insulting names (animal, lunatic), when i turn my head around and see her, she behaves like she called a flying monkey (her friends) standing beside her brbrThe above things are going on since 2012brbrAt this point of time, while i am writing this comment, the only option every research i made suggesting is to ignore them or move to a different place Moving to a different place is much of an option because we have built this house after all the monetary issues we faced for close to 2 decades before 2012 and we love this house as a member and believe as if it has feelings of its own brbrI am trying everything i can to ignore them and will continue to do that with all that i have My love and prayers to all of the innocent fellow human beings who are going through the similar things Comment from : Karthik Amar

A neighbor is passive-aggressively hostile and dismissive toward my husband, but overly friendly with me, making inappropriate and intrusive comments, with constant ploys to get my attention He has little regard for boundaries, and it's obvious he's been watching us as a couple, because one of the first times he spoke to me, he made comments that showed he's obsessed with our body size (I don't even know him!) and immediately after tried to "fish" for compliments from me about his own body size (I didn't) He seems to "plan" when he goes outside to correspond when I am outside alone (and when his wife isn't around) to try to chat with me as though he and I are somehow close (not even) My husband and I have worked together to avoid him, and so far so good, but yeah, creepy AF Comment from : Heather Allingham
