How I get motivated I set a schedule, I pick the workouts, if Jo doesn’t pick them,even if she does and I did them already For each day I write what workout I am doing, I pre watch the workout first, so I am mentally prepared I than start setting up what I need, I pray, stretch, pick my music And start my workout!
