I am stuck on your advice now, as it have helped me with a lot of my muscle problem's As, I have just started exercise for the first time in my life For people like us who never played as a child, or played at school At age 57; running into all sort of walking, calf, shoulder back, pelvis, core, arms, legs stiffness problems YOU, have cleared most of them so far God Bless You, and Thank you for Sharing, as I really do not have the funds to pay privately for training or go to a gym But I have purchased some equipment's over the years in my home and, can now enjoy using them, again thanks to you London England Comment from : fairchan67 |
