I'm 56 soon to be 57, I was doing great until I moved from pull up bar to rings and got terrible elbow inflammation, I take turmeric already but will look at the alternatives you suggested

Hello Anthony! One question If I do this with pull ups, I don't understand, if I want to do let's say dios as an antagonistic, I should do it after I finished the 4-5 sets of pullups right? Not as a superset Because for example in the Easy days the resting Time between sets would be only 45-60 seconds
