Stop fasting for so long When your body isn’t used to fasting for long periods of time, it hold onto the calories and fats that you eat and hoard it as fat to be stored because your body starts to think it’s being denied food Realistically as a beginner you should only be fasting for no longer than 18-24 hours at the very most Especially while exercising
