I’ve done this 3 times per week every morning (I’m only one week in so far but I’m looking to continue long term, and also I coupled it with a playlist of her workouts :3) and I already see results They are filling in unevenly, which I have scoliosis so I can see why, but this WORKS Yes, you CAN fill in your hip dips, coming from someone with very defined and squared hips, by growing your muscles around the area and I can say that this workout is perfect for that :))

For everyone saying that it doesn’t work- no, you can’t change the structure of your bone, but you can build muscle around that area to make the appearance of your hip dips less visible It also helps if you add resistance bands! I’ve done a bunch of different hip dip exercises and recently started doing this one more often, and I added resistance bands, and I’m definitely seeing results! My hip dips are way more filled in than they were before I started It also helps to do an ab workout (I do daisy keech’s hourglass ab one) to make your hips more defined Keep going guys!!

Hi everyone, I hope someone can answer me and help me (if you have the courage to read all this and answer me, I don't know you, but I appreciate you lol) So here, I'm pretty skinny, and I would like to start the daisy keech workout for an hourglass body BUT ESPECIALLY for my legs Because in fact it's a bit complicated but, I want the same legs as her (I know it's technically impossible lol) but you see this type of legs there, not too skinny but not fat, toned with a round booty and rather round thighs, I don't know if you see I have very thin legs (I overdo it but they are skinny) and I don't like it, I don't know which workout to use, slim legs workout? I'm afraid my legs will get even skinnier and I'll lose weight on my legs which I don't want because it would take me away from the results I want, I really want the same legs as her Her workout to grow her booty and thighs? I don't know either because I have skinny legs, but my thighs grew with puberty the hormones all that, you know what I'm talking about and I don't want them to get huge Also, by the way, as my legs aren't toned I have very small calves, and with my thighs it's a little weird, because they aren't toned either but you see that's still thighs c It's necessarily bigger but the difference is a little weird since there is a kind of a little obvious difference at the level of the interoeur of my knees since it is the connection between the calves and the thighs So there you go, goal, the same legs as daisy keech! But I really don't know what workout she used because she does a lot of leg workouts quite opposite to each other so I don't know what she uses to get legs like that Can you advise me ? When I compare my legs to his, they should get bigger, but in short, when you tone your legs do they get bigger? do they muscle? Gonna do it for a week consistently (I know it’s not a lot of time to grow hips but just to get startet)brDay 1:✅ went by really fast, was actually pretty easy still felt the burn tho brDay 2:✅ was definitely harder than yesterday probably bc I didn’t stretch but did ittttbrDay 3:✅wasn’t easier but did itbrDay 4:✅got easierbrDay 5:❌rest daybrDay 6:✅pretty easybrDay 7:✅ I def feel more confident now and I sometimes feel like my hip dips might have reduced a lil bit but they weren’t extremely visible at the start also so idk if it’s because of the workout anyway I def think it’s worth a try a I am gonna continue doing this just not everyday !
