Suggestion when doing these workouts for long periods of time- take 1-2 week breaks every once in a while, it gives your body a time to cool down and fill its place I stop for a week or so and return and it not only feels good but my body fills into place :)

Day 1: I felt so sore the next day, but the pump is REALbrDay 2: easier to do, again, this gives you such a good pump and the next day you feel so sore, It’s amazingbrDay 3: this works amazingly well, right after I finish my workout I can see such a difference and istg THE PUMPbrDay: tbh didn’t really feel the pump but I did feel very sorebrDay 5: again not much pump but I do feel my legs stronger and my butt tighter
