Suggestion when doing these workouts for long periods of time- take 1-2 week breaks every once in a while, it gives your body a time to cool down and fill its place I stop for a week or so and return and it not only feels good but my body fills into place :) Comment from : 𝐒𝐨𝐥 ♡︎ |
