I just started doing this with your other glutes workout and I've got a couple of questions Is doing this 3 times per week enough? Should I do more sets for progressive overload and how much? Love your videos they're so great! The only thing I would say is I would love if you had some afrobeats on the videos - way more motivational and fun than the music that's on it! Doing this for as long as i can! 😎brbrDay 1 : the first half was really difficult OH and i have to say that oh my gosh i felt the BURNNN like badly! if u didn't see the thumbnail and title u would still know it was a hip dip workout! Imma say the hardest one for me was the elevated side long lifts I just couldn't do it, and ended up hurting my elbow which made it difficult to finish the rest AND on top of that after this i started feeling nauseous and my heart was pumping so hard i could feel it in my throght 😅 i need to tell yall don't exert urself if yk u can't do it cus ur only gunna hurt urself just know that when u do it next ull try even harder!brbrDay 2 : i was definitely sore from yesterdays workout which made todays one a little bit hard but i think its a good thing cus i know that the workout is working, also after todays workout my butt felt bigger?brbrDay 3 : definitely still sore from the last 2 days but was definitely a lot easier than yesterday but still felt the burn, sadly no physical changes yet 😅but my hip dips do feel alot better!!brbrDay 4 : i actually missed this day on accident whoops-brbrDay 5 : it could've been harder but because i had to have my door wide open it was uncomfortable working out so i had to keep stopping whenever i heard someone close to my room so I'm a bit disappointed in myselfbrbrDay 6 : i tried way harder than yesterday and I'm so proud of myself because i actually completed the workout for the very first time with ought stopping due to difficulty 😤brbrDay 7 : the same as yesterday! i don't think i see any results though but again my hip dips do feel better! but keep in mind i haven't changed my diet for this or anything and i'm not using resistance bands, i might start doing weekly updates instead so if i don't do an update tmr just know i'm doing it next Tuesday (week 2)brbr🥗 food tips 🍉 for muscle growth to help fill in hip dips eat:br-eggs 🍳, chicken 🍗, yogurt 🥣,cheese 🧀, fish 🐟, & milk 🥛 yw :) Comment from : JemLee |

Ive come very far working out and crossed the goal i made when i started which was to lose weight but i forgot i had to do leg day and i was so focused on my stomach and arms and face that now i have the upper body of my dreams but since my lower body was shrinking with me my legs make my upper body look very bulky and unpleasant I will try and stay commited to this, Thanks!
