Every day updates: brbrDay 1: dripping in sweat, muscles super tired, didn’t get through the last three exercises :(brbrDay 2: spent the whole day at the beach, didn’t do the exercises brbrDay 3: did pilates previously and was tired so didn’t manage to get through the twist squats :,(brbrDay 4: had to take lots of breaks, but pushed through the whole workout!

Hey, it would be great to add a picture on each of the exercises to show which part of the muscle is being worked on i know you had shown a picture at the beginning but be great to add those in each of the exercises on screen during so we can see that this exercise is working on Glute medius or maximus etc - hope that makes sense otherwise love the workout! x
