BOY, did I notice a difference just by ensuring my wrists were directly over my shoulders and doing a 45 degree angle! brI could do more reps for the same number of sets brFelt SO good!br(I do long-legged push ups against a bathroom counter and knee-bent push ups on a 8" step platform I'm 69 with a right hip replacement and a left knee replacement)brI LOVE your vids, because you tell us what, why, how, and contraindications if you're out of alignment

Hello, so I watched a video of Jeff Cavalier in which he also explained about the correct form of a push up I am a bit confused because he explained that during a push up our shoulder blades should not flaring outwards or inwards rather they should be set at a fixed position While Jeremy here tells us to flare them during the exercise Which one should I follow?

I occasionally do push ups but to be honest it's a measure not an exercise Before I saw this video I did 30 push ups "properly" I had it in me to do 40 but for me its to check on my body strength not to gain anything I am almost 63 so I don't need to be hanging out at the gym I do some sit ups and relax Im not out of breath it's simple and not a challenge Im going to do some chin ups but again it's not about a challenge Just do what I can and don't beat myself up

dont waste your time with extending your time as you push yourself up , even if youre only up to 5 reps it is of much importance that as you push up , you do it as fast as you can , the speed with which you execute it and the amount determin your strength fast coming up and a bit slower as you lower yourself the other thing is your breathing has to be correct , inhale as you relax the muscles and inhale as you flex for a better blood oxygenation in your lungs

Thanks to knee push ups I'm A fat guy but I'm proud that I can do full 5 push ups (Full as in my chest can now touch the floor) I'm proud because it's a knuckle push ups But still 5 is not enough for me so I will train If you guys struggling at going down on push ups I suggest that you put object into your chest, and keep reaching it through push up If you reach, pick now a smaller object

Day 1 is here right now I’m doing 25 wall pushups everytime I go to the bathroom (Small apartment it’s literally the only available wall space plus there’s a mirror in there so it’s easier to check my form)

damn my form is similar just struggling trying to go all the down but i think it has to do cuz i’m trying to do the 100 push ups a day, i watched your other video and it says it’s not recommended cuz i need rest so im gonna start getting some rest it’ll help with mental strength so my mind doesn’t think i’m done taking care of my body and health and try to give up to live in comfort like the world does… 💯
