I feel it in my shoulders almost exclusively when doing a plank I can go for 6 minutes max but i never feel it in my abs and people say I’m doing it correctly, so I have no idea why

bro thanks so much ive doing push wrong this whole time only feeling it in my arms once i did this i could immedielty feel the change i could do about 35 pushups with my way of doing push ups, but since this hcnage i can only do about 15 but thats how i know its working my chest, becuase my chest isent trained yet

Man I can’t get over 24 push ups , used to do a solid 35 I’ve been doing 100 a day sets of 20-24 whatever I max out at But no gains in push up count , I think this might work out for me thanks
