Who exactly is this workout for? For the average person to get to 20 ER’s, they’re going to have to go to failure probably 5 times, so that means you’re going to failure around 30 times for one muscle group, and the science tells us this isn’t an effective way to build muscle and overall fitness This is horribly impractical for normal people Either they’ll have to quit after 2-3 exercises from exhaustion, or you’ll get through it, and be too sore to workout for the next 4 days Comment from : Mike More |
