Right now I’m at 4 chin ups, 1-2 pull ups I ship off to marine corps boot camp on October 8th, less than one month from now I want to get at least 10 pull ups, but I don’t want to injure myself by going to hard too fast Do you recommend a certain routine for gaining progress fast but without injuring myself? Nobody but I agree with this analysis due to my recent experience with this I definitely don't look like this guy but my pull-up game has increased over the past two months just from being consistent in doing them two to three times a weekbrbrPersonally I worked my way from help on one of those bullet machines at the gym Every time I went back decreased the amount of weight helping me buy 10 lbbrbrNow I can successfully do 10 Pull-UpsbrThree months ago I couldn't do three pullups with my chin going over the barbrbrIt's nice to see the work pay off Comment from : Nicholas Ross |
