I'm having a weird (I think) issue I haven't worked out since middle school and decided to do push-ups I did 17 max, couldn't go any furtherbrI ran the next day, now I tried to do push-ups again today I could barely get out 5 and barely did 3 sets Do I need to rest more since I maxed myself to exhaustion and not having exercised in several years?
