You just need a pull up bar and a floor to put on some muscle maybe not as good as others who lift weights or due to genetics but your base set of strength or muscle will be so much better than when you were not doing anything plus you'll lean out from all the high reps and sets , your heart health will go up I recommend anyone who's to shy or not ready to start the gym start out with some pullups and pushups dips are good to but very hard on the shoulder and could injure you if form isn't great so I recommend high rep pullups and pushups for beginners throw in some squats and you got your whole body covered High reps for the win✅ Comment from : @user-om6pu9ny1f |

Ok let me say this and you can try it too there is this vshape workout that I found on youtube, its like 20 mins right but what I decided to do was that I did all of the workout without taking a breakwat I did was that I put them in numbers in his workout he did them in minutes eg pushup shoulder raise was like 1 min, reverse lunge was 1 min etc etc but what I did the workout in reps, I would catergorize it according to what I feel worked eg pushup shoulder raises I put 12 reps, reverse was like 20 reps, you feel me and when I did this and didnt take any breaks there were 20 workouts in the video btwI was only able to do 14 of the workouts modifying it the way I did, knowing my own strenghts but when I did it like this with no breaks guys im telling you in a week and a halfmy forearms bigger, bicepts bigger chest biggerI sh*t you notNo weightsand you will feel strongerWhen you find a workout video that does alot of pushups, lunges and abs all in one modify them to reps to your strength, and do them without rest for 15 mins without resttrust me, you'll be glad you did Comment from : @audiblewilcox9085 |

I am doing a workout twice a week for the upper body without weights 150 push ups and 40 pull ups Push ups around 12/13 sets of 10/15 reps with 2 minutes rest between each set Pull ups: 9 sets of 5/4 reps, 2 minutes rest My aim i sto get stromnger and bigger especially my arms and back Is this kinf of training good?
