I'm 21, 5'10 and 150lbs Eating around 1700ish cals with 35/35/30 (fat/carb/protein) along with pushups situps squats with a pair of 10lbs dumbbells and 15 hours of my retail job a week (recently quit) has given me a decent body around 17 bf that I'm still working on but I'm mostly satisfied with for the meantime As for my diet it's not exactly clean cause my family orders takeout a lot but I exercise self-control and cook eggs/drink protein shakes to make sure my macros are what they should be However not everybody's body works the same so you should pay attention to how much you exercise and what kind it is (weights/cardio), and ideally write a food log or use an app to track macros (i see people that log calories and leave out macros don't do that please) Comment from : @zxy4076 |

Wow you explained what I did perfectly 😅 I went from 79kg to 61kg in six months by going keto, running 30 minutes a day and only eating from 12-6 I lost all my dad bod which is good, but also plenty of muscle too by the looks of it The last two months I’ve focused on lifting weights rather than cardio and I’ve seen an improvement Wish I’d seen this video sooner Great content! I think the thing that trips people up is that when you are on a calorie deficit Particularly keto Running and weight training sucks a lot more than when you are carbed up So people don't do it Your overall motivation to go and do exercise is also significantly lessened when hungry and on a calorie deficit But you HAVE GOT TO DO IT! Im appr 185-190cm and 80-82kgs I don't know how you guys do it, but I'm happy if I can eat 100g protein per day I eat 3-4 meals a day My appetite isn't the best and meal prepping is my weakpoint Usually I prepare my breakfast and order my lunch which is my main protein intake, but my snack and dinner is ad hoc, mostly cheese, prosciutto or cold cuts I don't have the time to the holy CBRbr* One of the advantages of having more muscle is that muscle tissue requires energy to maintain what means your body consumes more calories on a daily basis Comment from : @glagolica |

I do read that the information about how many grams of protein per POUND of body weight, but I’ve also heard the same but instead of pounds, it says roughly the same but in KILOGRAMS of body weight So I’m wondering what’s more accurate because it makes a big difference in terms of how much protein you ingest I’m 160 pounds (727 Kg) and 160 grams of protein is quite a bit (which I do manage) but if I took the amount in terms of my weight in KGs, I’d be almost half of that amount Comment from : @KlaustheViking |
