Been doing 80-100 pull ups every day for 3 months now and I can confirm all of this I weighed 249 at 5’10” 6 months ago Now I’m 183 lbs and it’s all from pull ups and 30-minute cardio Also eating right It helps But keep the consistency and eventually you’ll love doing them It makes you look good, feel good, and it helps with all kinds of upper body muscle building and cardiovascular endurance
