Thanks for the video Actually both are true Basically if you want to shoot a man (ambitious goal because he will shoot back if you miss), you need to aim at his button (narrow your focus to the key point that will guarantee your goal at least passing) The feedback is that the reps you do is not the goal but they are the focused key point that will bring you your goal In the 2nd session your goal changed (you already have a great vid and a great physique) and the 5k reps wasnt a focused effort so you spent your time on other things which are more important Comment from : @somanrama5923 |
