Most guys don’t actually need to build muscle They need to get in shape and lose fat If you do high reps and drop the fat you’ll look muscular without getting big and bulky A guy who is 180lbs, gets his muscles in shape and drops 20 lbs fat, will look tight and ripped brIt is easier to get close to failure with heavier weights, you don’t have to endure the burn as long

I would rather work in a lower rep range as it's better for hypertrophy and the workout isn't as long I have to get up around 3 am during the summer for work so I only have about 45-50 minutes to work out
