The bike is a 125cc with a max of 15hp but more likely 12hp, they can get to 80mph if the wind is in the right direction but 65mph is the max for most and it takes a while to get there He's riding that bike flat out! Learner riders in the UK (and EU) are restricted to these bikes, and can only get more powerful bikes once they pass several tests

The reason failure to submit to a Breathalyzer test is a offensable is because it is an objective test unlike the dumb sobriety tests they do in the US, it is also an non-invasive test as it does not require a blood sample or hair follicles which would be considered a violation of bodily autonomybrbrNo idea why the US has portable drug tests yet they do not bother using Breathalyzer devices during traffic stops, guess it's easier to stack charges or get probably cause through shady subjective sobriety tests and they can just plant drugs in cars to test br🤣

Good and bad in both I live in England and was randomly assaulted last October as I was leaving my parents house, punched in the face resulting in a bust lip & knocked to the ground, had to have stitches & time off work and was really shaken up I didn't know the idiot who did it and he ran off but was caught and apprehended but sod all was done as the guy had 'mental health issues' - which to me was all the more reason he shouldn't be in the community The Police didn't even come out to see me Often I feel the Police really aren't bothered about these things I had to pester them to get any answers and information Bad experience all round

The biggest difference is 95 of British police do not carry guns so you are not going to be killed for moving in a way that upsets the copAlso we do not use FST's we go straight to a breath test simple pass or fail instead of hoping the cop did not have a row with his wife that morning

Lived in the US and now Scotland Scottish police I prefer in certain situations, EG traffic accidents and incidents on the road Dealing with thugs and street scum, I prefer the US Both have issues and far to often are bullies when brute force isn't needed Hence the law suits brReceived kindness from officers in Florida and Georgia so I know there are many people who will use diplomacy and are not using aggression as a first line of defence

The bike was going so slow because it was a 125cc, probably maxxes at 55-60mph, it was going 55mph The "L" plate indicates it is a learner bike (the normal driver has a learners permit, not a full license) with a maximum 125cc capacity

We have Police motorcycles police cars for patrols etc Police intercepter cars souped up mega fast ARV vehicles that’s armed response units dog patrols ( you call them k9s) Police helicopters police riot vans police vans to escort prisoners to stations brAmbulance we have motorcycles brRapid response vehicles look like cars but have highly trained paramedics to get to scenes much quicker than our bigger ambulances with the stretchers etc in and air ambulances brI think that’s it lol
