Reversing the position on the dips does nothing Also, with all the body sag on those decline push-ups, the upper body was parallel to the floor, negating the potential benefit of having the feet on the bench

Nice! Of course weights and machines work very well, but I've come to really believe that bodyweight exercises are the best Sissy squats, horse stance, lunge holds and nordic curls work really well for legs

I've been telling every1 I know all u need is these 3, and in addition, what I personally do, is bodyweight squats, bodyweight calve raises, skip rope and I train boxing-heavy bag, mitts, and sparring That's it! Keep it simple y'all!

My only critique is the dip portion The exercise is not changing really Unless you change the grip or posture Forward or backwards is same thing But what do I know I still got a fat gut and can't do pull-upsyet!

Super sets is the way forward!brbrSometimes I do like this as a string set to near failure, or sometimes in a 5x5 type format (but double up, 5 pulls AND 5 push for 5 sets), depending on how hard Im going at itbrbrBeast mode is another great one, you can make as easy as you want, or as difficult Could be incline rows, to standard press ups and back to rows etc (as one continuous set) for easy Archer pulls and archer press maybe for difficult
