I know someone how do this and after that you need to do Butterfly exercise and push the wall You will reach 4 muscle failure he was doing 25push up after 1 week he get 40 pushup 😉

Them bars that swivel from Wal mart work great Push ups alone will give a dude a great build and keep a tight core It’s really all you need to do amd some light dumbbell work or band work will do the job for a lot of people Secondly even with bad genetics there’s room for improvement as opposed to be doing nothing push ups and sit ups and pull ups keep a person looking decent
