Tysm i used to do those triceps one for3-4 reps and now i can do more, but my form lacksin the back as it sometimes or mostly curves, whatever i do that stays the same , ig ill level up all my muscles, ordered dumbells :) 💪

just finished doing two sets of 20 pushups on each hand That's 40 one-hand push-ups altogether in 2 mind They felt really easy - no stress - no sweat!
