Some people don't have muscles but they have very strong bones They appear weak but they are dangerously strong Many people say actually bones are the main thing But bone is not just calcium To build bone one has to take lot of protein and other minerals Bones which don't get good exercise tend to become weak For examples bones in hands Most of the people who are from wealthy family don't lift weights etc They develop very weak bones in hands The problem is bone density is not uniform for some people They have very dense bone in parts like legs and weak bones in hands

Rubbish! I built muscle doing everyday I trained 7 years in gym i decided to the last 3 years to train each muscle everyday not to failure but just stimulate increasing weight over time and i grew more in the last 3 years than ever u never see a huge overweight person with small calves they on them walking everyday U never see a pro cyclist with tiny quadriceps They dont just ride there bike once or twice a week swimers have great shoulders and core farmers are just big all round Big forearms strong back They doing everyday
