Wish I saw this first I use to do push and pull and dips daily all 3 sets with 20,15, 10 reps and continue to train big and small muscle daily But recently my hole body got too stiff and has become too sore I applied oil after 4 days I'm feeling better now but I still have pain in triceps, I think my triceps haven't recovered yet Today it was my chat day, so after working out I was asked to do push up again, but I couldn't able to do even 1 rep, but I could to only like 2 rep that too with knee support, nuts imagine the amount of soreness I got 😬😬 the think is I can do pull up more easily than push up now Comment from : @dlgdarshan1468 |
