I've been doing this for about 5 days now and I can definitely see a difference I'm gonna continue but I'm pretty sure once I've finished doing 14 days of this workout my hip dips won't be noticeable anymore, by far this is one of the best workouts for building muscle in your hips 😩 10/10brbrUpdate: it's day right now and I like this workout a lot but I'm loosing motivation 😵‍💫😵‍💫 idk what to do
