Day 1: did 15 mins of yoga followed by this workout Felt pretty intense at times so toom some breaks Also did 15 kms on my cross trainer (But yoga and cycling are something I already do)brDay 2: Ky body was hurting quite a lot but still I did this after 15 mins of yoga Somehow it felt easier despite all the body ache Didn't have the energy for cross trainer thobrDay 3: Finished my yoga session but had to really push through this workout Body was hurting and initially I felt like I can't keep going but I did it anyway Will probably take rest tomorrowbrAlso about my diet I usually eat healthy but I've come home from college and I'm Indian so my parents are tempting me with all thing tasty But I'll try to eat as healthy as I canbrDay 4: Rest daybrDay 5: finished this after my daily 15 mins of yoga My body no longer hurts and surprisingly it was much easier today :DbrDay 6 & 7: missed brDay 8: got back on it and honestly I feel so much better Comment from : Priyansha |
