bHourglass challenge (posted July 2019) - second try/bbr- Day 1 (19082023): I started this challenge three years ago but never finished it, now I want to change that But I already go climbing twice a week so I'll probably only have time once a week for the challenge And I actually didn't want to start it right now, I just did because I wanted to workout but it was already late in the evening and I needed something not too long, so yeah, no idea when I'm going to do day 2 xDbrAnyhow, this went well Used my resistance band when I thought it was an exercise in which I could use itbr- Day 2 (27082023): This felt like not enoug for my butt and too much for my abs and this whole body tension whatever I just hate thos exercises like mountain climbers Also I've definitely eaten too much today, that wasn't exactly helpful So I did like three or four longer breaks in which I did other things and made it through like this But I don't see it as getting worse compared to last time because last time this was the first video, now I had to do it after an ab video so of course the ab exercises were harder for me

I’m currently on day 6 on the abs and booty program, and i’ve seen a lot of progress so far whenever i flex i’m able to see my abs coming in, my belly has also gotten more harder and i’ve seen some belly rolls disappear It helps a lot and i would 💯 recommend
