I once did 100 a day for 30 days noticed a mild difference in gains but mostly just soreness 😋 I had to do them on my knuckles due to wrist issues I wish I go back to doing pushups regularly but I had to stop thanks to wretched Tennis Elbow issues and pushups seem to bring too much chance of re-injury as I found out I still do some chest presses in the gym but I'm extremely cautious with the weight since tennis elbow doesn't really heal like a normal injury and it can take months or years if ever 😞 Comment from : JRHockney |
