This is 2 years late but I'll save everyone some timebr-Get yourself a scale and be in a 500 to a thousand calorie deficitbrbr-start strength training and hit every muscle group twice a week doing progressive overloadbrbr-try to eat at least 30 to 50 g of protein per meal for a total of at least 100 g of protein and the higher the betterbrYou can try to hit 1 g of protein per pound but I don't really think it's essential from experiencebrI'm 200 lb and as long as I'm eating a hundred grams of protein per meal and strength training I'm good Comment from : @Jackjack1978 |
