I think we keep forgetting that building muscle on an extreme caloric surplus is only relevant for body builders who have exhausted their methods of stimulus for hypertrophy They need to do huge volumes of training and eating to get more muscle growth Beginners, intermediates or comeback bitches are all gonna recomp if they eat at just below maintenance and have frequent, (2-4 days week) going 5-1 reps from failure in the 8-15 rep range, and utilizing progressive overload Throwing in some moderate cardio at the end of 1-2 sessions pr week is going to help the fat burn Comment from : J RR |
