One question though: In your "skinny fat"-video you say, we should eat 200 calories more than our maintainance level, but in this you say we should be in a defecit Im confused Im a little bit overweight, but more or less I have the physic of a skinny fat person, I started your Minimalist Workout What should I eat? People always say cardio makes you more hungry and I've never felt that I've ran 10 miles came home showered and slept didn't even feel hungry till noon the next day and that wasn't a one off thing I've never felt this supposed after run or after cardio hunger

I love Tracking my progress It lets me know if I've been progressing or doing well and that makes me really happy I've just started going to the gym, and on leg day I did Adductors a couple weeks ago, only doing around 25kg and doing 8-10 reps After I did leg day a couple weeks later, I did 50kgs and did 10-12 reps! My adductors were burning and I was sore for the next 3 days but man the amount of satisfaction I got from that was insane I love checking how good or bad I am doing over a certain amount of time and there is an exercise app I use called WorkIt which I would recommend to track the exercises

I have lost weight from 70 to 59 with around no muscle, my height is 6'2 and I'm trying to bulk again, I've managed to reach 70 kg and I'm not able to lose the love handles and get bigger muscles, I've tried everything I've been too busy to change my diet because I only eat what my mother makes Hopefully I can change in the next year, tips would be appreciated
