I love Tracking my progress It lets me know if I've been progressing or doing well and that makes me really happy I've just started going to the gym, and on leg day I did Adductors a couple weeks ago, only doing around 25kg and doing 8-10 reps After I did leg day a couple weeks later, I did 50kgs and did 10-12 reps! My adductors were burning and I was sore for the next 3 days but man the amount of satisfaction I got from that was insane I love checking how good or bad I am doing over a certain amount of time and there is an exercise app I use called WorkIt which I would recommend to track the exercises Comment from : Audacity |
