thats such a bad pose for someone with tight hips to start off with- i couldnt even start because your first pose it to bring my hip into its most uncomfortable postion without any prior lossening up of my spine or hips- you just dive straight into a deep hip stretch- in my opinion you need to loosen up thr lower back first didnt like this had to turn it off from start
