This was a class I had my eye on for a while and I had the opportunity to complete it today I liked the comment about slowing down to experience the pose The beginning sequence was somewhat atypical in that it built heat immediately but the rest of the class was mellow and calm

This is great, I have chronic tightness caused by OCD and this helps me relax my lower body enough that it globally reduced pain and stiffness I’ve been following this routine (I know I should branch out 😂) almost every day for the past couple of weeks and feel so much better
