The only angle you shouldn't do push ups is a perpendicular 90 degree angle, it hits the load on your elbow instead of your chest and back, I know this because I did 90 degree angle push ups for quite a while and injured by left elbow I couldn't do push ups for almost a month The wider you go the more it develops your chest and back and the narrower you go it focuses on your shoulder and triceps as long as you don't do the perpendicular mistake you wont have problems Comment from : @sticky0159 |
