okay wtf are you talkin about😭 everytime i see people doing pushups with bad form they are arching their back in the complete opposite way that you said mfers be lookin like theyre humping the ground, i have never in my life seen someone who arches their back up while doing pushups thats just makes no sense at all, that would put more strain on you than regular pushups so obviously no one would subconsciously do that, on the other hand arching your back inward puts less strain on your muscles so its a very natural way to do pushups incorrectly and thats what everybody subconsciously does because it puts less strain on the muscles Comment from : @CaIeb1 |
